Gvurah - Strength

Yitzchak was the chariot of Gvurah, strength, which manifested in introversion, contraction and the setting of boundaries. By demonstrating his willingness to give up his life on the alter for the will of Hashem, Yitzchak was the ultimate expression of Gvurah. His re-digging of the wells of his father Avraham symbolizes that he wished to continue in Avraham's footsteps , ensuring that Judaism would continue to exist.
This week of Gvurah we will learn the ability how to be more disciplined and set boundaries in our lives. Through Jewish Movement, Meditation, Meal Mastery and journaling for our middot work we will have more inner strength and understand our fears and obstacles to transform them to Divine Awe.
Netzach -Perseverance

Moshe exemplifies the three traits of perseverance, confidence and domination. He led Israel out of Egypt, was victorious against both enemies and internal rebellions in the 40 years in the desert. He ultimately led Israel to the gates of the Holy Land. Even greater, he was the instrument through which Hashem revealed the eternal Torah to Israel and taught it to Am Yisrael so that it would be the anchor and focus of Jewish life for all time.
This week of Netzach we will learn the ability how to be persevering . Through Jewish Movement, Meditation, Meal Mastery and journaling for our middot work we will have more confidence so that we can accomplish our goals with ease.
Tiferet -Harmony

Yaacov, the third of the Patriarchs, represents the third synthesizing sefirah of Tiferet, which balances the two preceding, opposite but complementary sefirot of Chesed and Gvurah. The integrative archetype of Tiferet is manifested in Yaacov's dream of a ladder that was "set firmly in the earth and the head reached the heavens and behold, angels of G-d were ascending and descending upon it. "
( Breishit 28:12)
This week of Tiferet we will learn the ability how to be more balanced and harmonious in our lives. Through Jewish Movement, Meditation, Meal Mastery and journaling for our middot work we will have more inner harmony so that we can live our inner truth .
Hod- Humility and Gratitude

Aharon, the first High priest, is considered the chariot of the sefirah of Hod. The High priest and the Cohanim served in the Temple with humility, confession, acknowledgement and gratitude. his holy garments were made for glory and splendor.
This week of Hod we will learn the ability how to be more grateful . Through Jewish Movement, Meditation, Meal Mastery and journaling for our middot work we will have to confess our weakness and be able to let go and let G-d in our lives.
Yesod -Bonding

Yosef embodies the sefirah of Yesod which is the energy of the Tzaddik and bonding and sexual energy. Not only was Yosef able to conquer his yetzer hara, the evil inclination, but he succeeded to fuel this drive into a positive direction. Therefore he was called Yosef the Tzaddik.
This week of Yesod we will learn the ability how to be bond to others in better relationships. Through Jewish Movement, Meditation, Meal Mastery and journaling for our middot work we be able to connect to Tzaddikin to help guide us in our spiritual journey.
