Each class explores one Hebrew letter through its Chassidic teachings, Olam-Shana-Neshama classification, guided visualization meditation, and embodied Aleph Bet movement practice.

 

Class 1: Aleph (א) — Unity Consciousness

The silent letter that contains all sound. Aleph is the oneness of Hashem before creation — Echad, unity. Learn to rest in undivided awareness and experience the stillness at the heart of all existence.

 

Class 2: Bet (ב) — Creating Sacred Space

Class 3: Gimel (ג) — Acts of Loving-Kindness

Class 4: Dalet (ד) — Cultivating Humility

Class 5: Hey (ה) — Breath Awareness Meditation

Class 6: Vav (ו) — Bridging Heaven and Earth

Class 7: Zayin (ז) — The Spiritual Warrior

Class 9: Tet (ט) — Finding Hidden Blessings

Tet is the letter of Tov — goodness — but its Tov is hidden inside. This class teaches the Chassidic art of finding the concealed blessing within every challenge and difficulty in your life.

 

Class 10: Yod (י) — The Divine Spark

The smallest letter carries the greatest light. Yod is the point of Divine consciousness in every Jewish soul — the spark of Godliness that cannot be extinguished. Learn to awaken and tend your inner Yod.

 

Class 11: Kaf (כ) — Surrender and Receptivity

Kaf means 'palm of the hand' — open, receptive, surrendered. This class explores the spiritual practice of letting go of control and opening yourself to receive Divine guidance and blessing.

Class 17: Pey (פ) — Sacred Speech

Pey means 'mouth' — the letter of speech, prayer, and sacred communication. Explore the profound Chassidic teachings on the power of words and learn to elevate your speech into a continuous act of holiness.

 

Class 18: Tzadi (צ) — Walking the Path of Righteousness

Class 22: Tav (ת) — Integration and Completion
