Lev HaNeshama — Heart of the Soul
Level 2B — A 10-Week Embodied Journey Through the Hebrew Letters, Middot, Meditation & Movement
You have learned what the Hebrew letters mean. Now it is time to live them.
Lev HaNeshama — Heart of the Soul — is a deeply embodied 10-week course that takes you through the entire Aleph Bet two letters at a time, working with the middot that begin with each letter pair, a unique named meditation experience, and Dalia's signature Aleph Bet Movements to ground the teachings in your body.
Each week weaves together four dimensions of the same truth — learning it, feeling it, experiencing it, and embodying it — so that the wisdom of the Hebrew letters becomes not just something you know, but something you are.
Lev HaNeshama means Heart of the Soul — because this is where the letters live, not on the page, but in the beating heart of your Jewish neshamah.
