• Practice Jewish Mindful LEV Movements using the 22 Hebrew Letters and 10 Vowels.

• Learn foundational Jewish Mindful Movement that is flowing, calming, and centering.

• Experience Yishuv Daat with the Hashtaka Meditation from the Piaceszna Rebbe.
















PART 3: LET GO


• Release negative emotions like fear and anxiety to achieve inner peace and deep Emunah.

• Connect with others and Hashem using the HaMaalot Hamiddot meditations of the Baal Shem Tov.

• Heal your past and discover mindful relationships.















PART 4: EXPERIENCE


• Experience joy and equanimity with Jewish Mindfulness exercises.

• Learn to be in Hishtaavut or Equanimity.

• Practice a Jewish Healing Technique called the Merkava using the 10 Sefirot.
